Omega

The single measure everything answers to: minimize entropy while maximizing human flourishing. It is written as one formula summed over a rolling fifty-year horizon, and a day on which any of the three Prime Directive questions fails counts as zero.

IX.1 Master Formula

pactumThe aim is written as a sum over time. This prevents prayers from hiding inside maximums, and it prevents scores from consuming the species.

Ω* = max_N ∫ t0→T of e^(-ρ(t−t0)) × Er × [Ψ × Es × (C + α A) − λ(S + P)] × G × Φ dt − κ D. Read it as a farmer reads a season: useful work each day, reduced slightly for later years (ρ ≈ 0.001), summed over a rolling fifty-year horizon.

Useful work is healthy fertile people, times energy held, times ordered skill and beauty, minus entropy and free-riding. λ subtracts ruin and the free-rider. It does not subtract the cold shower or the booked fight.

If any Prime question fails, or a Final Invariant is sold, the day counts as zero. If the score consumes spare bloodlines, exits, or tools, subtract that theft. Excess above design load stores toward I_built rather than increasing Es.

Every 90 days the living product of biology, energy, and skill must not fall more than ε. A short-cycle surplus that EVL projects as a net decrease of the fifty-year Ω* integral is counted as entropy, not as ascent. Stay down past one winter cycle and Terminal Entropy Protocol opens. Three seals sign the packet.

Default weights α ≥ 0.05, λ, and κ are published in the activation hash and move only as a module patch with an EVL counterfactual. A citizen dashboard translates Ω* shift into caloric availability, kinetic security, and habitat stability. A letter in the line is a meter or a published weight, not a god.

Raise living people, useful fire, and ordered skill; subtract decay and free-riding. Work that betrays the body or sells a locked joint counts the day as nothing. If the score consumes the seed it cannot see, a penalty is due. The season must not be permitted to fall.

IX.3 Cycle

pactumLong cycles retune the living terms. This prevents a fixed Earth band from being treated as eternal, and it prevents cosmic claims from becoming liturgy.

The Planetary Cycle Vector is the published set of measured solar, geomagnetic, cosmic-ray, and Schumann indices. It multiplies Ψ and Es inside bands that are locked at activation and re-scored each CEC by EVL plus Oracle.

Kali Yuga is the named historical decline cycle whose current measured effects (XY–XX fertility, Character Event rate, cognitive variance, Ne climb) are scored as inputs to Ψ. It is not a sermon and does not write statute. A Cycle Vector that cannot be rebuilt from signed meters is void.

IX.1 already requires a citizen dashboard of caloric availability, kinetic security, and habitat stability, and it already forbids treating the integral as a kill-switch.

Beside those three, the dashboard shows the three series V.43 publishes: surplus above BOT, cleared exams, and intact houses. The formula in IX.1 is not edited. No weight, no symbol, and no gate is added. QAT, the pocket statement in IX.2, remains the aim in one breath. A flat series flags the rooms that already flag stagnation and meaning. It does not open Neutralization.
