About
Sapiens OS is the operating system for human consciousness. Its constitution is Constitutio Intermundia, written for self-governing settlements and architected by human terran.
Like an operating system, it sets the rules a whole runs on, but it is written for people, not machines. In practice it is a shared rulebook a group can run together: who decides, how trials and audits work, how energy and value are counted, how people learn, and how the group defends itself, grows and splits.
Why it exists
Rules are easy to write and hard to check. Sapiens OS asks every rule to name what it measures, so a community can see whether its laws work instead of arguing about them. Energy is counted in a signed ledger, every official act leaves a public line, and when a rule fails, the system proposes its own patch in the open.
started small, meant for many
Sapiens OS was architected by a human terran, and it keeps growing toward full independence from any central data controller. Every Node keeps its own plant, ledger and courts. No hub can be made impossible to fork, and the text itself is free to copy and improve. The more people read it, test it and challenge it, the stronger and more self-reliant it becomes.
