Sex is binary: XY male, XX female. A man cannot become a woman, and a woman cannot become a man. Genomic UID is the immutable identity hash.

Edits write state-hash pointers. Ten percent of the population is held as a Genetic Baseline (measured heterozygosity and MHC diversity). Ne stays at or above 5,000 as the steady-state floor. A founding Node targets that size within ten years and is judged on the climb.

A non-founding Node under the floor merges by VCI-weighted vote within one SMW. Founding Nodes follow the 2.1 model. Founding Node requirements are 2,000 adults, diversity 0.6, generation time ~25 years, breeding fraction ~0.6, and target Ne 5,000 in ten years (requiring ~10% net annual growth). Two consecutive failed audits convert founding status to the merger clock (8.1).

Analog sequences go to sapphire quarterly.

Atypical karyotype (XO, XXY, mosaic, named disorders of sex development) is mapped to the XY or XX legal band by the published, objective karyotype-and-physiology table hashed at activation. Biology Command plus EVL apply the table. They do not invent a band. Speech, costume, and self-assertion do not move the map. Sex is two: male and female. The table is a measurement instrument for damaged or atypical hardware. It is not a spectrum and not a third sex.

Appeal is one EEP pass on the table match and on the measurement method used that day, not on a new definition of sex. Table revision is Root path plus EVL biology attestation. It may correct a measurement protocol. It may not add a band. Legal sex is sapphire-anchored at maturity (2.17). Protected status and Franchise stand. Axiom-4 subsidy follows demonstrated fertility or lawful adoption inside an XY–XX house, not a new gender.

The Node publishes the local Schumann fundamental and its harmonics from signed sensors. The Earth default is 7.83 Hz. Deviation beyond the published ε band for more than thirty consecutive days is an Entropy Event. The Entropy Event retunes the vitality component of SHI and the Ψ biological term inside the published Cycle Vector. No office may close a reactor or a hunt on a Schumann claim without the meter.

Optimization requires dual gates: the Triple Arbiter and the Biology Domain Commander. Character is scored from Character Events, not VCI. Genomic UID never changes. Edits write state-hash pointers.

On children through age 17, only Baseline Edits are allowed, and only with dual parental consent. One parent plus Arbiter is void. Identity rewrite, sex-rewrite, and sterilizing protocols on a minor remain sabotage (2.17, 2.11).

Adverse effects confirmed within ten years by Arbiter/Biology Commander plus one peer Node may be reversed within 90 days. Generation-spanning effects are caught by the 2.11 two-SMW fertility/Ne prune. Adult germline that is not strictly therapeutic requires multi-node review. The Node sets no target phenotype.

Each quarter the Node scores blood, cognition, kinetics, and inflammation. The tiers are Peak (~15% adults), Standard (~65%), and Sub-Optimal (~20%). Changing a tier takes two quarters. Three consecutive bottom-band quarters trigger a 12-month Optimization Directive. Failure of that Directive drops status to Neutral. Work, sleep, food, kinetics, and family satisfy the Directive.

Willful metabolic abuse after a live Directive — refuse food standard, refuse kinetics, refuse sleep — raises the Annona work-floor and moves clinic cost for that abuse onto the person's ESU (3.15, 3.19). Congenital injury, combat injury, and EVL medical exclusion do not trigger that surcharge. Laziness is lawful rest. It is not a wage, and it is not a clinic-claim on the well.

Annual tests are scaled by age, sex, and VCI, and retuned to the Planetary Constants Vector. Men are trained for mass, reach, lethal precision, and duty. Women are trained for strength (household) and weapons.

Both clear the weapons gate. Men are held to a harder kinetic band. The Earth male baseline is an 8s unarmed stop of a cooperative opponent, a 2m guard while fatigued, 20m blade work, a 25m rifle shot to vitals in <2s, and 10km with 1/4 bodyweight in <90m. The female band is published and is not a male costume.

Every mature Protected adult must hold weapons qualification unless an EVL-verified medical exclusion exists. Campus (2.15) provides lifelong drill: fight, swim, dance, chess, tools, and pair-conduct. The hard professional track is Agoge (2.24). Food leans to protein and local production. Meat, fish, fowl, milk, and egg are ordinary food.

Two failed mastery years trigger demotion or Transport.

Physics, cosmology, logic, and epistemology are required. Creative work is judged by energy, resilience, or biological impact. A thesis is required.

The three virtues are Epistemic Courage (public contradiction of false consensus), Pragmatic Ruthlessness (lawful hard decisions for survival/lineage), and Stoic Resilience (return to tier after shock). Each runs 0–1 based on counts, not VCI. Two consecutive years below 0.4 on any virtue trigger an Optimization Directive. Three trigger demotion. Four below 0.3 trigger Sortition excision review.

Private feeling is free. Formal-channel neuroticism logged twice in 90 days is a performance failure.

Parents command until maturity. Maturity requires age 18+, Biological Tier 2, Tier-3 exit exam, median kinetics, weapons gate started, max one minor violation, and UID live. Boys are formed as men (truth, load, restraint, lethal precision). Girls are formed as women (household command, discernment, fertility-aware conduct, weapons gate). Indoctrination houses are forbidden.

B_success starts at 0.5, turns full at maturity, and locks at age 25 based on realized life (survival, health, tier, energy, not VCI), attested by two independent biological or legal records. Fabricated adoption, maturity, or gestation records are office-falsehood (7.33) and high-tier fraud. They are Nefas line X only when the fabrication conceals a non-edge ending of a conceived child.

B_success is retroactively falsifiable within one SMW of lock on a signed contrary meter. A person with no offspring locks B_success at zero (neutral). That zero is neutral, not a status fall. Raising a child to maturity under a published adoption or Node-raise packet writes the same B_success as bearing.

Parental review opens only on metered harm to a living child (abuse, starvation, abandonment) after EEP. Two adult children failing maturity is a private outcome. It does not open review, status drop, or removal. Neglect remains a Prime violation when harm is metered. Axiom 4 outranks offspring-score.

Axiom-4 units (one XY male, one XX female, intent for offspring) take first claim on housing, BOT support, and B_success credit. Within that form, same-stock houses take the full lineage packet. Mixed-stock Axiom-4 houses take a published lesser fraction. The child still eats civic Annona through the house (3.15). The child is not the defendant (Axiom 7).

Other private arrangements remain free under Axioms 1 and 7 and receive no lineage subsidy. Parents may teach Curriculum at home through Household school.

A Mater packet — extra shelter-hours, food-energy, and clinic for gestation, birth, and early care — is paid only to an Axiom-4 mother inside the transmitting house with the father. It is help for new life. It is not a custody trump (2.29), and it is not a prize for leaving the house.

Any sexual act with a child and related traffic is high-tier. TPS ≥ 99.9% produces Neutralization after the 7.10 hold. Halt-in-Progress applies while the act is in motion.

Legal sex is XY or XX. Axiom-4 subsidies require this pair. Other adult private conduct that does not involve children, fraud, or force is not the Node's romance and receives no family subsidy. Same-sex households and Vicus are 2.23. Costume-law remains 2.17.

Research focuses on mind, genome, and body under dual gates (2.2 and 4.6). The sabotage checklist includes edits that drop Ne, XY–XX fertility, or Character Event rates for two SMWs; identity-based sex rewrites; or sterilizing identity protocols on minors. IQ is an input, not a Neutralization license.

Cognitive measure is one VCI input, pairing information, and a Franchise feature. It is not a Neutralization license or a caste brand. The 2.1 Genetic Baseline is a species-floor against monoculture. It is not a mandate that mixed-stock pairing outrank kindred continuity on lineage subsidy (2.8, 2.18).

From verified conception, the child is a human under Axiom 1. A woman does not have a right to kill that child. Inside a Node, elective ending is forbidden at every week. The Node provides doors: transfer to a willing womb, Node raise (Corpus), or adoption by an Axiom-4 household (funded by Stability Reserve). Unwanted pregnancy is handled by those doors. A taste, career, or doctrine is not an edge case.

Edge cases after EEP only: pregnancy threatens the mother's life and no treatment exists; the child is already dead or has an incompatible anomaly; conception was by verified rape or a sire found high-tier under 7.10 (Biology Command and EVL sign). If rape occurred, the rapist sits Nefas first. False rape claims are high-tier under 7.32.

A clinician or officer who performs a non-edge ending inside the Node commits Nefas (7.52). A clinician who follows the published edge-case packet evaluated prospectively under EEP is shielded from retroactive Nefas on the clinical act. The packet itself is audited after the fact inside one SMW. A fabricated edge is mirror-punished as the non-edge ending the packet disguised.

After the third-month mark, the woman who elects a non-edge ending also sits 7.10. A verified non-edge ending, if the woman leaves, bars re-entry for life (7.12). Outside the Node this file does not bind a foreign census. A verified actor of non-edge ending does not walk back in.

Animals, birds, fish, and useful insects are working nature. Wanton cruelty is a status offense. Husbandry, hunt, fishing, and bird hunt remain lawful (details in 2.16).

Veganism does not close a hunt. Engineered/weaponized organisms (including vectors like ticks) are pathogens. Biology Command/EVL may order local eradication. Ordinary pests with no published yield may be removed.

Wild function that pays its keep is left standing. Release of an engineered pathogen is high-tier. A lab hiding such work is 6.6.

While able, Protected adults return to an organized Campus on a published cycle. The minimum is once per SMW for weapons/swim, with set days for the others. Refusal without medical exclusion drops mastery (2.4) and potentially Franchise (7.26). Presence earns JI and Character Events. Campus is not a prison. Axiom 8 remains.

Land hunt, fishing, and bird hunt are lawful for Protected/Neutral persons. They feed the house and train the hand/eye. The Node publishes season, bag, method, and reserve rules per species.

A stock that pays its keep is not erased for fashion. Pests with no yield may be removed. Wanton cruelty (torture, waste, poisoning) is a status offense (EEP). Clean kill, fair chase, and lawful nets/hooks are work, not cruelty.

Private meat refusal is free (Axiom 1). It earns no moral rank or subsidy. Veganism/vegetarianism as public doctrine is mind-virus (5.1, 5.8). Climate liturgy that closes a hunt/herd/boat is treated like climate liturgy that closes a reactor.

Biology Command/EVL may close local seasons if signed meters show stock falling below yield floors. They may not close hunt/fish/fowl as a moral class.

Legal sex is karyotype, sapphire-anchored at maturity. A male body does not enter a female contest, female prison wing, female ward, female locker, or female subsidy file. A clinician, teacher, or officer who writes a male as female on a public file commits fraud plus office-falsehood (7.33).

A male who takes a female place by that writing commits fraud. Both stand EEP. Private adult dress is Axiom 1.

Public files, sports, prisons, and medicine are not private dress. Minors are not chemically or surgically rewritten for identity. That rewrite is genomic sabotage and runs 2.2 plus 7.10 if done.

A feeling is not a karyotype.

The Node encourages pairing and household inside a people that already shares stock, tongue, and memory. Mixed pairing of consenting adults is not a crime. It receives no extra rank and a lesser lineage packet (2.8), because the Node pays for named-stock continuity, not for the dissolution of that stock. A kindred city, colony, quarter, or Node may form under Axiom 8.

Shared markets, plants, Campus halls, and streets exist by published choice, not by a sermon that every house must mix. A kindred house feeds itself. It does not bill another stock for its keep. School and mint do not preach that a people must dissolve itself. Hire, house, and company are Consociatio (2.25).

Public school, mint, nursery, street, Forum, Tabula, and Schola do not promote sex-rewrite, child-sexual use, or paid display of the body as a civic ideal. Child sexual crime remains Nefas. A male written as female on a public file remains fraud.

Pornography — recorded or broadcast sexual display for distribution — is banned inside the Node: production, sale, Forum listing, and public showing. It is a status offense on first proof. A pattern or a child's plate is high-tier. A private act between two competent adults is not a broadcast.

Meretrix is lawful as a signed contract between two mature Protected adults: published health packet, no child, no force, no Occupatio of a house. Pimping as a Public Body that writes statute or runs a street cadre is 6.10. Scaena pay-band still holds. No lineage subsidy.

Sexual pairing or conception between parent and child, grandparent and grandchild, or full or half siblings is forbidden. The adults who couple, command, or conceal that pairing stand EEP. A sealed finding is Transport without re-entry. A house that runs close-kin breeding as a program loses lineage subsidy. The commanders are the defendants. A sibling, cousin, or child who did not couple is not the defendant. Axiom 7 holds. Genomic UID flags the risk before subsidy.

Genomic UID is two parts. A is the immutable genomic hash from a published SNP panel, sequenced at maturity and stored on sapphire. B is the revocable operational token mapped to A and carried daily. If B is lost, it is reissued after biometric match to A plus two witnesses. Compromise of A is re-sequenced under EVL. The new hash voids prior B tokens. The event writes Speculum and needs triad sign.

UID does not let an office freeze speech, pairing, travel inside the wall, or an earned ESU without a sealed EEP finding. A mark that starves without EEP is identity-theft plus debasement. It is never a social-credit wheel.

The Node does not hunt every shock. Cold water, hard training, dirt on a child's hands, a heavy pack, and a booked fight are chosen loads. They raise the immune floor, bone, will, and the habit of paying for one's own damage.

Ruinous entropy is the other thing: a riot, a lie-as-air, a mint that steals, a desk that cannot be fired, a pathogen, and a feud that bills the house. Curriculum and 2.4 treat chosen load as formation. A parent who wraps a healthy child in sterile air is not kind. He is making a passenger. Agon is one valve. The gym, the field, and the winter swim are the daily ones.

Sex is observed hardware, XY or XX. The reproductive telos of the human body is male with female. Same-sex attraction occurs in some humans. It is a deviation from that telos, not a third sex, not a sacrament, and not a Command-tier virtue. Hormonal and developmental hypotheses may be studied as medicine. They do not rewrite karyotype, Franchise, or Axiom 4.

Adult same-sex conduct that does not touch a child, a forced person, or a public file remains Axiom 1. It receives no lineage subsidy, no first claim on housing against an Axiom-4 house, no first-band Tabula rate, no official calendar, and no exam-credit. Pride as a public priority is void. Speech about it remains free (Axiom 3).

Teaching it to children as the household form, as weather in Schola, or as a sacred identity that outranks meters is an indoctrination house (5.2).

A Protected adult who keeps NAP and the work-floor may live in the common fabric or cluster with like adults in a Vicus: a self-funded quarter that pays its own energy, plant-share, and crime. The Node does not hunt the quarter. The quarter does not bill the Axiom-4 house for its keep. It does not sit nursery rule, female file, prize, prison-wing, or mint. Exit is Axiom 8. A Vicus that preaches Command Test, touches children, or demands priority is shut as an indoctrination house.

A man does not become a woman. Identity rewrite of a minor remains sabotage (2.17). Adult private dress is Axiom 1. Public files are karyotype.

There are two floors. Every mature Protected adult keeps the civic kinetic and weapons floor (2.4) and returns to Campus (2.15). That is the yeoman. It is not optional costume.

Agoge is the professional track for militia-mode, Vigiles field work, Exercitus enlistment, and Cohors Praetoria. It is not open to a passer-by. Entry requires Cursus Gradus on the arms line at the published floor, Character floor, medical clearance, and a named master. The day's block is finished the day it is opened. A man who walks out mid-block without medical halt is dropped from the track for one SMW. Tours are published. This is not a club.

Formation may begin early, under parents (Axiom 4) and Campus: load, forest survival, navigation, cold, hunger inside a published medical band, stoic drills, pair-conduct, and the weapons gate when the body is ready. A weak child is trained to the civic floor or medically excluded. He is not killed. He is not mocked as statute.

Women on Agoge train the published female band and the weapons gate. They do not take the male mass-band as costume. Men take the harder band (2.4). Best-of-best means the published packet, not a slogan. Wanton harm of a trainee is a status offense. The track does not mint Franchise by sweat alone.

Association is a right of the person and of the house (Axioms 1, 5, 8). A competent adult, a household, a shop, and a Forum listing may choose whom they hire, house, teach as private master, and work beside. The chooser may name stock, sex, tongue, kin, or any other lawful filter. No office, court, mint, or Public Body punishes that choice. "Discrimination" is not a crime-class in this file. Mixed pairing and mixed hire remain lawful when chosen. They are not mandatory.

When the Node itself hires for plant, wall, clinic, Lyceum, Vigiles, Exercitus, or Schola, the packet is published before the seat exists. The packet may include the Node's kindred filter (8.12) and must include the merit meters for that seat (Axiom 6).

Among those who meet the published packet, the better signed yield takes the seat. A trial period writes JI and harm. A sermon that the Node must hire against its packet to avoid an adjective is void. A sermon that the Node must hire the worse packet to display virtue is sabotage of the plant.

Kindred Nodes — named by stock or tongue or other published people-filter — are lawful. They feed themselves. They do not raid. They do not bill another well for their keep. They do not sit a massacre-call (6.11). Choosing one's own is not murder and not a brand that skips EEP.

Any official doctrine, quota, hire-rule, school-fact, mint-rule, or obligation that places race, stock, or skin-tone above competence — including the American forms styled DEI, CRT, equity-of-outcome by ancestry, or any rebrand that darker must outrank whiter, or any stock must outrank a signed yield — is an attack on the OS. It does not write Pactum, Codex, LEX, Schola, Tabula, Forum, Lyceum, Exercitus, Astra, or mint. Implementing it is high-tier sabotage of Axiom 6 and Axiom 7.

Proposing it as binding command in an official room is office-falsehood (7.33) and an Entropy Event. Speech that names the idea in order to kill it remains Axiom 3. Speech that installs it as weather in school or office is 5.2.

Private Consociatio (2.25) and a published kindred Node (8.12) are the opposite act: a house choosing its own. They do not conscript another house. They do not set a quota on a mixed well against its merit packet. Collective guilt by ancestry remains void.

Men and women are not equal as interchangeable units. Legal sex is karyotype. The Node publishes, each SMW, the signed differences that matter to work and command: mass, reach, kinetic band, gestation, lactation, mean variance on stoic and aggression measures used in Character Events. Each sex is trained to its band (2.4, 2.7, 2.24). Improvement is of those bands, not of a costume that denies them.

High-tier command — Steward after first etch, Founder seat after first etch, Domain Command, Exercitus and Astra command, Cohors Praetoria command — defaults to the male load-band.

A woman may sit such a seat only after a published Dominium packet: Character floors at or above the command cut, stoic resilience at the published band for that seat, kinetic and weapons gates, and a signed yield tour under an Adjutor. Quota and costume do not write the packet. Failure of the packet is not a crime. Sitting the seat without the packet is office-falsehood.

Private excellence of women in household command, medicine, Schola, Lyceum, and craft is expected and paid by yield (3.18). It is not a claim on the helm by symmetry.

The Node grants no extra packet, first-band rate, Franchise weight, housing claim, exam-credit, or sentence discount because the person is female. Yield, Character, Gradus, and the published sexed kinetic band are the meters. Chivalry — a man standing, carrying, or deferring — is private Axiom 1. It is not law. It is not a claim. An office that writes a lighter hold, a shorter clock, or a softer Nefas because the actor is a woman commits office-falsehood and 6.6.

Hardware bands (2.4, 2.27) are not privileges. They are published differences. Gestation doors (2.13) protect the child, not a caste of women. Dominium is a higher gate, not a gift.

When an Axiom-4 house splits, custody is not awarded by sex. There is zero maternal default. There is zero paternal default. EVL plus Biology Command score a published packet on who feeds, who teaches, who keeps the weapons gate in the house, who keeps the child on the civic floor, and who does not sit a live high-tier file. The higher packet takes custody. Shared custody is lawful when both packets clear the floor and the child is not used as a weapon.

A child at the published age of voice (not before civic speech and not after maturity) may state a preference. The preference is a weight, not a writ. Parents speak on the packet. The child does not fire a parent by mood.

A mother who bore the child inside the house and raises a functional adult with the father takes the Mater packet (2.8). That packet dies if she uses it as a claim against the better house. Privilegium Nullum (2.28) holds. A false sex-charge to win the child is 7.32 and may be Nefas.

Internal records keep sex as the Glossary and Axiom 4 already keep it: observed hardware, XY or XX. No one assigns it. Where an external form demands a different field, the Node's own record keeps the observed sex.

Any external filing is logged as a translation, not as a second legal sex inside the Node. That form does not write school, sport, mint, custody, pairing, or Franchise. The Node does not punish a person because the external form exists. Speech about the form remains Axiom 3. A male body in a female contest remains the fraud II already names. Meters outrank speech, and a form is speech until a karyotype or an equivalent signed observation says otherwise.

If the first drafter or a sitting Steward is dead, missing, or silent, custody remains II.29 and teaching remains V.34. The house teaches. The Node examines. An exam is not postponed because an office is empty. Annona for the child still runs through the household, as III.15 already requires. No new adult acquires parental authority by holding a key. Axiom 4 holds.

Ne remains effective size, and the floor remains the Glossary floor. Entityhood headcount remains the number I.VII already requires. The same genome is not counted twice toward either figure, nor is an absent adult counted as present. Genomic UID is the de-duplication key.

A census that double-counts, or that counts the absent as present to clear a threshold, is office-falsehood. This room does not change the floor and does not change the founding adult count.
