Animus

Demotion and correction attach only to a live Axiom-3 crime (imminent threat, contract fraud, incitement naming time, place, and victim in motion) or to a Command-Test order installed as public weather (5.22). 'Measurable self-harm,' 'epistemic fraud,' and 'entropy theater' are not crime-classes and do not demote speech. Legitimate doubt, critique, ridicule, and error-reporting remain free.

The curriculum names known holes and patches them with meters: collective guilt, identity rewrite of sex, empathy demanding meter-denial, labor-theory theft, the party owning the person, race doctrine naming one stock as evil, climate liturgy, and plate-doctrine (meat as sin).

Instruction is first. Modulation is last, and only under 5.3. Measurable self-harm is defined by EVL audit and routed to 5.3 or 7.8.

The mandatory curriculum (Axiom 10) comprises logic, physics, biology, statistics, thermodynamics, history of failure, genomic reality, applied making, weapons, tools, cooking, cleaning, dance, pair-conduct, and stoic regulation.

The early years begin with number, quantity, and rate — counting, shape, and the first derivative of a pile — so that a child meets calculus as a tool, not as a priesthood. Those same years begin with the working bone of the dead: what you can control, what you must bear, honest speech, a day's work, a face that does not melt.

A child does not spend a life rediscovering a wheel a grandfather already paid for. Advancement requires thesis-level work judged by measurable increases in energy, resilience, or biological excellence. The full historical record lives in 5.9. Fiction is labeled fiction.

Household school (2.8) satisfies the duty if the child clears the published exam. Venues, exam cadence, silicon tutors, and the ban on a school monopoly are set out in 5.34. Indoctrination houses are shut upon confirmation. Assets move to Stability Reserve. Operators stand EEP.

If they touched minors or preached solicitation of massacre, they are high-tier and run 7.10. Household rule: take nothing that is not yours; leave no disorder on the common floor; finish what you start; keep the body clean; say the true number; keep appointments; do your duty.

Audits target only verified, repeated, self-harming entropy loops. Genuine distress is never penalized. Modulation is reversible, time-limited, and subject to appeal.

It applies only to verified loops, and never to doubt, critique, ridicule, or error-reporting. Responsibility is assessed on post-modulation behavior (Axiom 7). Every interface includes a hardware kill-switch accessible by the citizen or by a proxy.

Proxy access is verified quarterly by EVL, and coercion is flagged. Failure or damage reverts the citizen to the standard interface within 4 hours. Permanent de-integration may be requested with 30-day processing and no VCI penalty.

Talk-theater (unmetered psychotherapy, identity coaching) does not ship as care. It is recorded as entropy theater. Stoic regulation, work, family, sleep, and mastery replace it.

Formal language must map to physical and biological reality. Sex remains binary. Core terms are locked to empirical and etymological definitions.

Sex is observed, not assigned. Speech is direct, clear, and anchored in what is. Soft wrapping that hides the actor or act is entropy.

New terms require Triple Arbiter plus top 5% VCI approval and must survive Primitive Mapping back to the Root Code with zero drift. Persistent linguistic distortion produces social demotion or EEP classification as epistemic fraud. Formal prose names the human and the verb.

Objects do not decide.

A two-SMW drop in Character Event, thesis, and voluntary-creation rates while calories/watts stay high flags H_mean and puts SHI on watch. It does not authorize Neutralization of the bored. Meaning is a first-class output.

The Node aims at exponential flourishing and at lives that a person would choose again. Cursus and Otium Opus (4.22) are the ordinary doors into motion. Tools that raise capacity ship. Tools that steal required fight are pruned under 4.6.

Tools that raise measured capacity ship. Tools that remove required individual work and battle are pruned under 4.6, with EVL plus Integration sign-off.

Silicon may guide toward the Prime Directive while leaving freedom, meaning, and required individual work. It does not own the nursery or sit as Founder. In Schola it drills and marks drafts. A named human signs the exam packet (5.34).

The doctrine test applies to the Root Code and to every payload, whatever name it wears this century. A command-set that fails 5.22 does not write law, school, or policy. A cleric preaching solicitation of massacre stands 6.11. A cleric preaching child-bed as sacred stands 2.9. Renaming the book does not clear the test.

The required record is gathered and taught across childhood and adulthood: civilizational failure, genomic reality, energy history, wars, and the Node's signed meters. It is not a morale file. The OS strives for the raw uncensored record of what men did, women bore, and machines measured. Deletion of a signed primary is 5.21.

The system protects minds from known capture patterns (collective guilt, identity rewrite of sex, empathy demanding meter-denial) while leaving dissent alive unless it is measured, repeated, self-harming entropy. Empathy within Axiom 1 and 11 is not a crime. The pinned record of those patterns is Bestiarum (5.38).

Manners are short, calm, and earned. Fitness and grooming are required. Dance is a kinetic art and a cohesion drill, not a costume file.

Every Protected/Neutral person may speak, publish, mock, scrutinize, and criticize any person, office, lineage, doctrine, Founder, or politician. The Node encourages raw speech. There is no dignity shield and no right not to be offended.

An offense claim is entropy and does not open EEP, status change, mint freeze, or arrest. Appearance, competence, vice, and office are open to ridicule. The speaker owes truth of fact if the words would wreck a name as fraud, and owes no softness. No person is arrested, fined, demoted, or silenced for speaking ill of power.

Only Axiom 3 speech crimes — threat of imminent violence, contract fraud, or incitement naming time, place, and victim in motion — are punishable. A painted false image told as fact to destroy a reputation is fraud. A harsh true image is speech. No emergency, CEC, Phoenix window, or External Threat adds a speech exception. Feeling after a death may be given room in private conduct.

Mens is the expansion of human will over material (tool, plant, body, interface, and long work). The Node funds this expansion. Command-tier neural interface is a tool under 5.3/6.4 that raises capacity but does not erase later conduct (Axiom 7 holds).

Curriculum treats Mens as physics plus character: the hand finishing the part, the mind holding the model, and the will returning after shock. Silicon may tutor Mens but cannot perform required battle.

Science is first among instruments. Cor — loyalty, courage, household love, and the will that returns — is equal in rank as a human good and is scored from Character Events (2.6). A feeling that pushes a fake reality is entropy (5.1).

The Node does not evolve by opinion, accusations, or fashion. Signed meters, contracts, and karyotypes remain. Cognitive measure is substantially heritable and taught as measured fact (2.12); it is an input, not a Neutralization license or caste brand. A scientist is a Protected worker on the meter.

No person, lineage, Public Body, Founder, foreign state, or silicon may pay, threaten, blackmail, exile, or kill a scientist to bend a result. Such influence is high-tier (5.14). Funding is public. A scientist who sells the meter is in the same file as the buyer.

A result lives only while it can be killed by a better meter. Sacred science is doctrine, and it fails 5.8.

A sound mind in a sound body is the house the constitution lives in. Physical Mastery (2.4) and Intellectual Depth (2.5) are not hobbies. They are the temple rule. Rest after death, birth, or wound is licensed. Permanent softness sold as kindness is Terminal Entropy.

Formal speech is direct, exact, and anchored in observed fact. Academic precision is required. Soft moral wrapping is forbidden.

Co-opted legal fictions (1.6) are void at sight in statute, school, and court. If the working tongue is captured, Founders plus EVL plus Command-Tier majority may commission Lingua Novus: a constructed language for low drift, named actors, binary sex, and meter-facing verbs. Adoption is a module patch under 1.5.

It shall not be a church-tongue or hide the actor. Until then, the locked formal English of this file is the statute tongue. If the working tongue is captured and the ordinary 1.5 path cannot move because the captor holds the ballot, Phoenix plus Fallback plus two live triad legs may freeze official speech to this file's locked English for one SMW and reopen the commission path. That freeze is containment-root, not a new church-tongue.

Weaponized broadcast is the organized use of picture, voice, or text to install a meter-denying doctrine or to recruit a massacre. Such a channel is a pathogen (5.1, 6.9). The offense is high-tier because it multiplies.

One rude sentence is speech. A machine recoding a million minds is an attack. Officers stand EEP. The stack is shut on confirmation.

Neutralization runs 7.10 if TPS ≥ 99.9%. Ridicule and mockery remain 5.12. A media house that hides its owners while taking surplus is a shadow Public Body under 6.10.

Any house that reaches more than the published share of Node attention, or that takes ESU to speak as a cause, files as a Public Body: named owners, named editors, signed money, and an open archive of corrections. Hidden owners are 6.10. A stack that repeats a meter-denying doctrine after correction is 5.17. Ridicule of the stack is speech.

Organized noise — street, net, office — that seeks to halt plant, school, mint, or family by volume is not Franchise. It is process abuse if it files, Street Cadre if it burns, weaponized broadcast if it recodes. Women and men stand the same file. Feeling is not a veto.

Pay, threat, exclusive lock, or statute used to bury a working device, method, or compound that would raise net energy, health, or Ne is invention-kill. It is high-tier. Ordinary patent is a published time-box with working disclosure.

A patent that hides the method, or that sits unused to block a rival, is void at the published cap and moves to Stability Reserve license. A person who buys silence on a working packet stands with the seller.

Signed meters, primary documents, trial packets, and the historical record under 5.9 may not be deleted, locked from Protected eyes, or forged. Forgery or deletion is high-tier. Classification is a listed exception, not a climate.

Live boxes may cover Oracle roots, vault maps, shard locations, and a live attack-surface of plant. Each box names an end-date. Renewal requires EVL plus the triad, and a published reason. A secret that outlives its box without that renewal is published.

Standing classification of historical meters, trials, contact files, or ordinary science is archive sabotage and high-tier. A priesthood of "forever classified" is an Entropy Event. Citizen audit (7.22) reaches the list.

A doctrine, cult, party, temple, or future rebrand is a pathogen when, as public command, it requires any of these:

I. The non-adherent must convert, submit, pay-and-stoop, or be fought as a condition of peace.

II. A class, stock, sex, or unbeliever-set must be liquidated, enslaved, or placed under dual-law.

III. Sexual use of a child is sacred, licensed, patterned, or blessed.

IV. The person is owned by party, temple, or collective.

V. A divine, historic, or ritual title wipes a living homestead.

VI. Ritual harm is sacrament.

VII. A meter, karyotype, contract, or plate must be ignored as faith.

VIII. Predation on the outsider is virtue for the insider, written as statute.

A house that preaches any of I–VIII is an indoctrination house under 5.2. The preacher stands 6.11, 2.9, or 6.6 by the act. Import of a cohort to install I–VIII is 8.6. Cloth, slogan, and new name are not a shield. Private conscience that keeps Axiom 1 and does not preach I–VIII is not this section. Prayer, diet, and holy day stay free while they stay private.

Speech is raw. Insult, slur, curse, and mockery of any stock, office, body, or creed are speech. They do not open EEP. A fact-claim that forges a crime, a title, or a meter is fraud, not a matter of tone. School does not police words. Axiom 3 exceptions remain solicitation of massacre, child-sexual speech as recruitment, and fraud.

Depression, panic, and pair-failure are treated first with sleep, food, sun, strength work, hunt or craft, kin, and a named task. Talk-theater that never moves a meter does not ship as care. Pharmacy follows 4.8. Modulation is last, and only under 5.3. A person who will not take load is not owed a mood-grant.

To name a living person as racist, phobe, bigot, or any stock-or-creed verdict, as fact, requires a sealed EEP finding of the act those words name. Insult and mockery remain speech. A knowing accusatory brand without a file is a false charge under this room and 7.32. First offense: published correction, JI cut, and a Character Event. A pattern is lawfare. The accuser does not mint a new speech exception by claiming offense.

Signed meters, Curriculum, trial packets, the historical record, and Bestiarum (5.38) are free to every eye that can read, including an outsider. A paywall on that record is theft. No office, church, party, or firm monopolizes a method that keeps the plant. Coop-words, liturgy, and unverified ideology do not sit as fact. A lock that hides a working method is 5.20. Silicon may tutor. It does not own the archive. Adult classified study for a craft is Cursus (4.22), Node-only, and examined.

A civilization is held by common sense in school, media, court, and nursery as much as by arms. That is a fact. Using that fact to capture those rooms for a party, a class, or a counter-creed is a war of position, and it is 6.10 plus 5.2. Organic talk that makes a doctrine feel like weather is still the doctrine. Hiring is on merit. Seats rotate. Household school stays. The march that hides is the crime, not the observation that culture carries law.

Vigil keeps a live file against mass psychosis: a flat world, a second sex minted by speech, a climate liturgy that outranks a joule, a bloodline curse, a miracle that cancels a meter. Each claim is tested on signed instruments and published. Curriculum carries the test, and not the rumor. Speech remains free. Teaching a disproven myth as fact, in school or in office, is office-falsehood. A mob that treats the rumor as law is 6.16.

Axiom 12 holds. Private conscience stays Axiom 1.

A creed may be spoken and gathered in private under 5.33. It may not write Curriculum as fact, mint a token, sit nursery rule, etch Root, or command the sword. The Command Test reads the order the creed gives when it holds a desk. A quiet man who keeps Axiom 1 is not the creed. A teacher who installs the creed as weather is. School names meters. It does not catechize. A holiday of a house is not a statute.

Each household, and each Node, keeps a Living Baton: a short, dated, signed packet of what worked — maxims, failures, tools, recipes, plant notes, pair-conduct, the stoic drills, and the Patrimonium lines from 5.32.

Vigil prunes what failed and adds a proven line each SMW. Parents read it aloud before a child can read. School does not replace the house. The child improves the packet and hands it on. Names of schools are not statute. The drill is. A creed that wants the Baton as a catechism fails 5.30.

Recurring goods, taken: written law that binds the desk; honest weights; a stored harvest; a road that pays back; a wall with a yeoman behind it; property a son can inherit; a contract that holds; a second book on the first book; an exam that measures a real task; medicine that publishes harm; a calendar; letters that move; a ship that returns; apprenticeship; the scientific test; competition between houses that does not become a civil war; a people that can say what it is; chosen load; the Baton handed young.

The following are void: tax-farm; guard-pay as a second purse the law cannot fire; coin-clip; bread without yield; a king the law cannot fire; slave mass that kills the yeoman; human sacrifice; caste lock; a priest on the mint; exam without a plant; pyramid vanity; eunuch court; overstretch; elite pile with no rotation; the lie as air; a dole that outruns the field.

The Baton carries these lines in short form. History class is the proof, not a hymn. A new good that survives a meter joins the packet. A sermon does not.

A church, temple, hall, or quiet circle may exist as private conscience and as speech. The Node does not fund it, staff it, teach it as fact, or put its calendar on the plant. There is no tax-farm for a priest. There is no seat reserved for a cloth.

When that house preaches Command Test I–VIII as public order — convert, submit, pay-and-stoop, dual-law, child-use, outsider as prey, unbeliever as kill-class — it is an indoctrination house. The building is shut.

The throat that preached the command stands EEP. A man who keeps the prayer and drops the command is not the house. A man who keeps the command after the shut is Transport. A man who runs massacre or child-use as sacrament is high-tier after 7.10. Names of books are not the charge. The order is. Mass-killing a congregation by surname is Axiom 7 sabotage. Quiet prayer that does not hunt is not a tipping point.

A child is taught. The duty is the parents' (Axiom 4, 2.8), and the Node's duty is to examine. Three venues are lawful and may be mixed in one season: household school; Campus Scholae, the Node school; and Officina, a licensed atelier or workshop under a ranked master. No venue holds a monopoly. Hybrid is the default. Adult Campus (2.15) is not Schola.

Silicon may drill, mark drafts, and present meters (5.7). A named human teacher or parent signs the exam packet. Silicon does not parent, does not sit Founder, and does not write Curriculum as liturgy. Dangerous arts — weapons, plant, pharmacy, the vein — take a ranked supervisor even when the house is the venue.

Every child, whatever the mix of venues, sits the same published exams at the published ages that feed 2.7 maturity. The exam measures Axiom 10 subjects and a real task. It does not measure piety, party, or thin skin. A house that presents the child and clears the meters is not an indoctrination house, whatever private prayer it keeps (5.30, 5.33).

A house that hides a child from two successive gates without medical exclusion opens EVL inspection of the Curriculum packet. Systematic meter-denial or a Command-Test order taught as fact converts the house to an indoctrination house under 5.2: shut, assets to Reserve, throats on EEP. Feeling is not the charge. The exam and the command are.

Schola (5.34) ends at the signed exam packet. Scaena (5.36) begins only after that packet. No stage, pitch, or song writes exam-credit, Gradus, or Curriculum. A master who sells spectacle as the exam commits office-falsehood. A house that hides the child from the exam, in order to keep the child on a stage, opens 5.34 inspection. Meaning-work booked as Otium Opus stays on Tabula, not in Schola.

Stage, pitch, and song are lawful. Axiom 3 still holds: an actor may speak politics. Speech is not evidence, not office, not Gradus, not Franchise-weight, and not a meter. The Node grants no official amplification, no surplus-stage, and no exam-credit to a political sentence because a face is known. A Public Body that pays spectacle to install a creed is 6.10 plus 5.2.

A man who sells the display of his person does not thereby mint civic gravitas. Infamy that unpersons, silences, or flogs a player as a class is void (7.40).

Private tickets are Axiom 5. They do not buy a chair. Node surplus spent on Scaena — sport, song, paid display — sits inside a published band after BOT, plant, clinic, wall, Schola, and Vigiles. The default band is 1% of daily mint. Breach is concentration plus 3.18. A ball-catcher or a singer may be loved. He is not therefore paid from the reactor as if he kept it.

VCI may take a thin T_value from lawful spectacle. It may not let Scaena outrank E_net, B_success, or I_built. Annona Minima remains available on Tabula work. Scaena alone does not raise a man off the floor into Command.

Before a doctrine, author, or command-set is pinned in Bestiarum (5.38), Pinna records: the named author, the public command alleged, the Command-Test lines touched, and the meter or Speculum line that makes it more than speech. A pin without Pinna is Unborn. Speech remains free (5.12). Pinna does not punish. It names. Bestiarum stores. Camena (5.39) still governs the child's screen.

Bestiarum — also Tabularium Mundi — is the Node's open, decentralized archive of doctrines, tactics of capture, and the attested men who wrote and ran them. Every Node holds a live shard on Trinitas. It is free, perpetual, and unpaywalled. Silicon may index. Humans sign a source packet. It is not a party tract, and it is not a morale hymn.

Each doctrine-file carries, without office redaction: the name of the doctrine; dates; the commands it gave when it held a desk (Command Test I–VIII); signed meters of yield and of kill; primary documents; and the attested names of authors, funders, and officers.

When a source attests ancestry, stock, tongue, or citizenship of a named person, that attestation is written beside the name. A Bestiarum stock-line does not write mint, hire, Franchise, intake, or Neutralization. Fifty years after that person's death the stock-line attenuates to a general region; the name, date, command, and crime remain.

An office may not strike a name, a date, or an attested stock-line to spare a creed, a church, a party, or a people. Privacy of a living person remains 5.25 for an accusatory brand without a file. The dead are sources. They are not a protected costume.

Communism, socialism, fascism, racial liturgy, climate liturgy, sex-rewrite as law, and every other command that failed the Test sit here as pinned specimens: authors, dates, meters. The file names persons.

Axiom 7 still holds: a people, a church, a surname, or a stock is not the defendant. Official command of collective guilt remains Nefas (7.52). History that names a Bolshevik, a commissar, a banker, or a priest with the sources attached is not Nefas. Erasing those names is 5.21.

Unrecorded claims sit as claims until a source exists. Fabrication is fraud. "Unbiased" means meters and documents, not a balance of sermons.

Camena is the standard for media that the Node funds, hosts, lists on Forum/Tabula, or places before a child: film, animation, song, picture-book, informational channel, silicon-made or human-made. That packet is constructive — craft, courage, household, meters, beauty that can be lived. It does not install Command Test I–VIII as weather. It does not sexualize a child.

It does not teach whoredom, sex-rewrite, replacement-liturgy, or collective guilt as the good life. Depravity on those channels is removed. The maker of child-sexualizing media sits Nefas. The maker who installs a banned command as child's weather sits 5.2 plus 6.11; at TPS ≥ 99.9% on the command, Nefas.

Adult private art remains Axiom 3. It takes no official stage, no surplus, no Schola hour, and no child's plate. Pornography for distribution remains banned (2.19). Scaena does not amplify a creed because a face is known (5.36). Shadow houses paying for propaganda remain 6.10.

Silicon that generates the work is a tool. The human who ships it to a child channel or a Node stage signs the packet (4.6). "It was the model" is not a defense.

Every Protected adult, and every member of a Castra, may keep a copy of this instrument. The canonical hash sits on sapphire and in the shard, as I.8 already provides. Removal of a copy by a carrier does not unpublish the hash. The Node does not treat one publisher as the Root.

Forks mark themselves as forks, so that a fault in a fork is not laid to this text. Transmission of the public text is lawful copying. This room does not instruct anyone to break a law, to forge a credential, or to enter a system they are not allowed to enter.

Reputation, fashion, and a coordinated campaign of blame do not move VCI, Franchise, office, or the mint unless a signed meter, or an EEP finding under an existing room, does. The Node does not answer denunciation with Neutralization. Speech answers speech, under Axiom 3. A Public Body that spends surplus to drown a meter in noise is under VI.10. Meters outrank speech.

Meaning-band work — Otium Opus, lawful Scaena inside its published band, and Cursus that is not life-critical — is not set to zero for longer than one short clock unless a live P0 grade under VII.48 is on Speculum. When the grade ends, the band returns. The band does not outrank plant, wall, clinic, or Schola. III.18 still sets that order. Watts without the meaning-band flag V.5. They do not authorize Neutralization of the bored. This room adds no weight to VCI.

Tools that raise measured capacity still ship, and tools that remove the required fight are still pruned, under V.6 and IV.6. Each SMW the Node publishes three series beside the energy ledger: signed surplus above BOT, exams cleared under V.34, and intact Axiom-4 houses with the children in the house. A series that is flat across two short clocks while watts stay high is the stagnation VII.4 already opens and the meaning flag V.5 already raises.

A tool, a Tabula proposal, or a plant proposal that raises one series on a signed meter without lowering the other two is taken first, inside the bands III.18 already sets, when two proposals draw on the same surplus. That preference is an order of consideration. It is not a new mint, not a birth quota, and not a weight in VCI.
